The ‘Three Quls’ are the last three chapters (surahs) in the Qur’an. They are commonly known as:
Surah Al-Ikhlaṣ
Surah Al-Falaq
Surah Al-Nas

These last 3 Surahs are the strongest protection against envy, evil eye, magic and jinn. It is Sunnah to read them three times in the morning and evening, three times before going to sleep, once after every Salah, and when one is ill.

SURAH AL-IKHLAS
Surah Al-Ikhlas is the 112th Surah of the Qur’an. It is titled in English “Sincerity” and composed of 4 verses. In the hadith of Sahih Bukhari 5015, it mentions Surah Ikhlas as being equal to a third of the Qur’an.

Bismillah hir Rahman nir rahim
“In the name of Allah SWT, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful”.

Qul huwal laahu ahad
Say, He is Allah, who is one

Allah hus-samad
Allah, the eternal refuge

Lam yalid wa lam yoolad
He neither begets nor is born

Wa lam yakul-lahoo kufuan ahad
Nor is there to Him any equivalent

SURAH AL-FALAQ
Surah Al-Falaq or The Daybreak / Dawn is the 113th surah of the Qu’ran. It is a brief five ayat surah, asking Allah SWT for protection from the evil:

Bismillah hir Rahman nir raheem
“In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful”.

Qul a’oozu bi rabbil-falaq
Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak,
Min sharri maa khalaq
from the evil of whatever He has created,

Wa min sharri ghaasiqin izaa waqab
and from the evil of the night when it grows dark,

Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil ‘uqad
and from the evil of those ˹witches casting spells by˺ blowing onto knots,

Wa min sharri hassidin izza hasad
and from the evil of an envier when they envy.”
