Know Before You Visit

At Sentosa Janda Baik, we strive to provide a place of beauty, peace, access and safety for the enjoyment of our visitors. To ensure comfort, health and safety for all, below are guidelines and things to keep in mind during your visit. All visitors must have a pre-booked e-ticket / ticket to come onto the Estate. E-tickets / tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced. The resale, alteration or defacing of an e-ticket / ticket makes it void. Garden Tours and Events run to a strict timetable. To allow time for parking and security checks, please plan your journey to ensure that you arrive at Sentosa Janda Baik up to 15 minutes before your Tour or event is due to start. The start times are printed on your e-tickets / tickets. The following activities are NOT permitted:

• Stepping, walking, or playing on the grass and water features
• Touching or handling artworks and artefacts
• Consuming of food and beverage in the galleries
• Picking flowers or plants, climbing or damaging trees
• Feeding wildlife
• Littering
• Pets
• Loud music
• Ball playing, riding bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards etc. Sunbathing Picnicking in the property Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the property except at the designated area near the cafe

Guests or their personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the property owners against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural disaster, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Sentosa Janda Baik Son. Bhd shall not be responsible or liable in any liability, injury, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by and your visit to the property.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of all visitors is our priority. In accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, all guests are required to be fully vaccinated. Mask-wearing in the garden area is optional but is required when you visit our indoor galleries. Our F&B outlets are considered indoor places, so please mask-up except when consuming food or drinks. We require screenshots of the digital vaccination certificates of all our guests (drivers and helpers included) to be uploaded during the booking process. Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at multiple stations throughout the property.
