Thank you for booking with Sentosa Janda Baik. Before you proceed, please read the terms and conditions outlined below. In making an e-Ticket booking with the Sentosa Janda Baik, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

For the purpose of specific events, Sentosa Janda Baik defines the following as:

• Adult Price – 10 years and above
• Child Price – 5  to 9 years old

Bookings are subject to availability at time of visit.

All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit

Prices are subject to change without notice.

E-tickets will be delivered via email. It is a requirement of entry that ticketholders present their e-tickets upon arrival at Sentosa Janda Baik. The e-ticket may be presented either as a paper ticket printout or paperless ticket displayed on a smart phone or tablet device. Failure to present a valid e-ticket will result in refusal of entry. Nannies or helpers are considered as paying guests so please include them in the total number of guests in your booking.

Sentosa Janda Baik will not refund or exchange any tickets except as required by law and as otherwise specified in these terms and conditions. If, after making a booking you are unable to attend, you may transfer your e-ticket to another party to use.

Sentosa Janda Baik reserves the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or insufficient numbers. In this unlikely event, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Sentosa Janda Baik reserves the right of admission and the right to refuse entry to patrons who fail to comply with Sentosa Janda Baik’s Conditions of Entry. We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time at Sentosa Janda Baik and ask that guests treat each other and our staff respectfully.

The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements, venue regulations and conditions of entry. The ticket holder also enters the venue at their own risk. Sentosa Janda Baik is not responsible for the behaviour of other patrons nor for issues arising at the venue in relation to events or performances at the property.

Sentosa Janda Baik reserves the right to change its advertised program and/or audience capacity without notice. These changes include, but are not limited to, event information and dates. Efforts will be made to communicate program changes to patrons as soon as possible.

Sentosa Janda Baik is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or performances if the reason is beyond Sentosa Janda Baik’s control. These reasons could include, but are not limited to, illness or technical failure. In the event of cancellation, bookings will be refunded if the event or performance cannot be rescheduled. In the case of rescheduling, bookings will be transferred to an alternate date.

If an event is cancelled due to an act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond Sentosa Janda Baik’s control, there is no right of refund or exchange, and no obligation is assured by Sentosa Janda Baik for the arranging of a substitute event. Sentosa Janda Baik will not be liable in any way for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirectly incurred.

You agree that, while participating in our packages, images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants, Sentosa Janda Baik or its representatives that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Sentosa Janda Baik, its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make their own judgement as to the suitability of an exhibition for their own child/children before making a booking.

If any other conditions apply, they will be displayed near the entrance to the venue.

Every effort is made to ensure that all information provided by Sentosa Janda Baik is accurate. Such information is provided in good faith and the Sentosa Janda Baik cannot be held responsible should errors occur.
